No, we do not provide men's haircuts at this time.
Are you wheelchair accessible?
Yes. There is a wheelchair ramp located in the front of the salon, however, we do not have wheelchair-accessible shampoo bowels.

First Time Guest Information

Thank you for your interest in Iconic Salon & Blow Dry. We look forward to being your go to hair salon partner to help you with your hair goals. We will make every effort to accommodate same-day requests depending on availability therefore, scheduled appointments are preferred.  

 

We prioritize your experience. Our goal is to exceed your expectations and make visit with us  comfortable and enjoyable. To assist in this goal please read below.

  • Please be aware that a credit card authorization is required to secure your appointment. The card will not be charged automatically at the time of booking.  

​

  • If you've been gifted with High Density (Thick Hair) and/or greater lengths, please understand this may take more time to care for. Please select Additional Length and/or Density add-on when booking your appointment. By not doing so, your stylist may need to reschedule your appointment to value your time and the scheduled guest already booked.

​

  • Please be aware that there is an additional detangling charge of $30 for each half hour (if time permits) if you arrive with hair that was recently braided or have a presents of adhesives, waxes, or heavy product build up.

  • All guests in the Salon are to be receiving a service. We do not offer the facilities to accommodate guests that are not receiving services in the salon during your visit. Children that are not being serviced are not permitted in the salon to ensure their safety and the comfort of our other guests. Exceptions include a parent accompanying a minor or a caregiver/family member accompanying a special-needs guest, etc.

  • Upon booking your appointment, the more details you can provide about your hair goals, the better we can match you with the best Iconic Artist for your needs.​

  • It is HIGHLY Recommended to pre-book your next appointment(s) before you leave to ensure you get the best day and time you want with your requested stylist.

  • As a courtesy, all scheduled appointments will receive a text/email notification and confirmation to the 48hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. We require 24-hours notice for any cancellations. Failure to provide proper notice will automatically result in a cancellation charge to the card on file in the amount of 50% of the scheduled service. 100% of the scheduled service amount will automatically result for all No-show appointments.

First Time Color Guest

Having your hair colored with us for the first time? Or, not quite sure what look your going for, but would like an expert advise? We require all new color guest to Iconic to complete a complimentary color consultation.

​

 A color consultation will be performed prior to scheduling your color service to insure that you are informed on what process will be needed to achieve your hair goals and get a better understanding of what your investment will be.

​

Unfortunately, we can not give exact service quotes by phone, email, or social media however, you can visit our Services page to get an idea of a starting price for many of our services.  In some cases, a color service may require a correction service or more than one visit in order to achieve your desired results. This is a separate charge.
