Yes. There is a wheelchair ramp located in the front of the salon, however, we do not have wheelchair-accessible shampoo bowels.

Cancellations 

 ICONIC SALON & BLOW DRY TERMS & CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION, LATE & NO-SHOW POLICY
(non-chemical services)

In order to protect our Artist's demand for time, we kindly ask that a 24-hour cancellation notice be given for all salon services.

  • Appointments made within the 24-hour period should be aware that this policy stands firm 

  • Appointments are booked according to the time needed for the requested service. In the first incident of a late cancellation or missed appointment, you will be given a courtesy text\call to remind you of the proper cancellation and inform you that a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the scheduled service cost will be required to reserve all future reservations.

  • If you are more than 15 mins late and your selected services are unable to be performed in the remaining allotted time, your appointment may be rescheduled, in order to ensure that the next client will not be delayed.

  •  If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it will be considered a “No-Show” and applicable fees will be applied

Late Policy

COLOR & CHEMICAL SERVICES

Due to the time needed to perform color & chemical services (most requiring 2+ hours), a consultation and credit card on file will be required at the time of booking the appointment. Cancellations received less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the total service price to the credit card on file. "No-Shows" will be charged 100% of the total service price to the credit card on file.

GUEST SATISFACTION

Our highly trained team is committed to excellence, giving professional advice and services. To maintain your hair results, at-home maintenance, and daily care are important. Unfortunately, we're unable to guarantee the longevity of your results if your hair is exposed (ie. swimming, taking certain medications, or using shampoos/conditioners outside of the product suggestions your Iconic professional recommends). In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact us within 3 days of your service visit to schedule another opportunity to address and resolve your service concerns. Failure to contact us and then schedule an additional session within 10 days from the initial service, will result in a new service charge. A redo must be evaluated and approved by the manager and all guarantees will be determined by the Iconic Salon & Blow Dry stylist.  

Due to the nature of home-coloring products, we cannot guarantee color services if the client has previously had color done outside of our salon*We do not offer refunds for any hair services*

For Your Protection:  The unexpected happens. We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage to personal articles including clothing and accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment or in your vehicle and wear clothing that may be exposed to salon materials.
