Card on File Policy

Why is this required?

Updated 10/1/2024): To secure your appointment and demonstrate our commitment to serving you, we require a card on file to reserve an appointment.
Purpose

Storing your payment card information helps streamline the booking process and facilitates convenient payments for services at Iconic Salon & Blow Dry.

By providing your credit or debit card information, you consent to its secure storage and use for transactions related to your services. Consent to use will be provided during your first booking.

Usage

Your card on file will be used for:

- Payment for services rendered.

- Pre-authorizations for reservations if required.

- Cancellation or no-show fees, if applicable, as per our cancellation policy.
**Privacy**
We will not share your payment information with third parties except as required by law or to process your transactions. For more details, please review our privacy policy.
**Updates and Changes**
If your card information changes or if you wish to update your payment method, please notify us promptly.
**Termination of Policy**
You may request to have your card information removed from our system at any time. However, please note that removing your card information may affect your ability to make future reservations or transactions.
**Cancellation Policy**
We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. To provide excellent services to all clients in a timely manner, we have established the following cancellation policy:
**24-hour notice**
We request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. Cancellations made on the same day or less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a loss of your deposit and service fees will be applied.
**Late arrivals policy**
If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate others. Depending on how late you arrive, we will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the treatment length, you will be responsible for the full session.
**Emergencies & Exceptions**
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to a true emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
**Refund Policy**
Due to the many variables which includes, environmental and condition of individuals hair, we are unable to provide guarantees on blow drys/blow outs, thermal press style, and thermal curling. If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know immediately so we can address your concerns. We do not offer refunds on services rendered but will strive to ensure your satisfaction.
**No Show Policy**
We understand that life happens. However, if you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full service amount—no exceptions. Upon re-scheduling, full service payment will be required when booking the new appointment. We reserve the right to deny future appointments after two no-show incidents.
**ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR NO SHOWS.**

First Time
Color Guest
Having your hair colored with us for the first time? Or, not quite sure what look your going for, but would like an expert advise? We require all new color guest to Iconic to complete a complimentary color consultation.

A color consultation will be performed prior to scheduling your color service to insure that you are informed on what process will be needed to achieve your hair goals and get a better understanding of what your investment will be.

Unfortunately, we can not give exact service quotes by phone, email, or social media however, you can visit our Services page to get an idea of a starting price for many of our services. In some cases, a color service may require a correction service or more than one visit in order to achieve your desired results. This is a separate charge.

Chemical Service Policy

Smoothing Treatments & Specialty Color Services
All smoothing treatment services will require a consultation and a credit card on file at the time of booking the appointment. A smoothing service cancellation received less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the full-service price to the credit card on file. No-shows will be charged 100% of the full-service price to the credit card on file. NO EXCEPTIONS.

*Due to the time needed to perform complex color services and treatments ( in most cases requiring 2 hours or more) for example color corrections, fashion colors, Balayage, double process color, and Smoothing Treatments. Consultation and a credit card on file at the time of booking the appointment will be required. Cancellation received less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the full-service price to the credit card on file. No-shows will be charged 100% of the full-service price to the credit card on file.
Children and minors under the age of fifteen will not be permitted in the salon unattended for their safety.

Guest Satisfaction: In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact us and schedule another opportunity to address and resolve your service concerns within 24 hours of your service visit.
*We do not offer refunds for any hair services. *A redo must be validated and evaluated by the manager and All guarantees will be determined by the stylist. *Full service price applies after 5 days of service. *Iconic Salon & Blow Dry and Staff will not be liable nor redo hair color that has been done outside of our salon. *Due to the nature of home-coloring products, we cannot guarantee color services if the client has previously had color done outside of our salon.

For Your Protection: The unexpected happens. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing and accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment or in your vehicle.

We take the utmost care with your hair by using the finest products available. Our highly trained team is committed to excellence, giving professional advice and services. To maintain your results, how you take care of your hair is important. Unfortunately, We're unable to guarantee lasting results if you swim, take medication, high humidity, precipitation or use shampoos/conditioners outside the recommendations of your Iconic professional.
Please contact us if a challenge occurs with your hair within 3 days from the date of your color service. We do not provide redo's if you change your mind or if the advised maintenance prescribed by your Iconic Beauty Professional is not followed. Sorry, no refunds on services. Prices may vary due to time, product, and complexity.
